What the strong jobs report means?

 

The Fed met again at the end of January and held the Fed rate steady for the 4th straight month. Interestingly enough, when the jobs report came out, mortgage rates actually rose slightly. The jobs report is good news and at the same time the Fed is being conservative and wanting to continue to see “moderation” in the coming months in economic activity. What does this mean?
