Business first: The Fed is expected to hold rates steady for the third straight month when they meet next week and there is even speculation that as early as Q2 of 2024 they might begin to decrease them. Nothing is set in stone and yet, it's encouraging news as inflation continues to move down towards the 2% target easing the strain on our economy. Add to this that mortgage rates have moved lower for the 3rd day in a row and that’s great news!
