Greetings and welcome to our monthly Builder & Developer Newsletter!

Our goal here at KPG is to continue providing real-time data for our Builders & Developers in an ongoing effort to help you navigate the current market! Acting as “leverage” for our builder clients by providing them with the tools to make pricing, size & selection decisions along with market strategies to get product moved quickly has always been our strong suit.

You may have heard we have a 170% increase in inventory from this same time last year. We are indeed in a shifting market; (in case you didn’t notice it started back in May of 2022) and we’re experiencing another slide right now with over 8 months of inventory in the new home luxury market.

It's urgent that we continue digging into the data. That’s what we do.
