And thankfully our local Real Estate market has “normalized” from a lot of the ups & downs beginning back in May 2022. What does that mean? Prices have leveled-off and we’re finding “deals” out there for our buyer clients. Sellers are still making huge gains in equity from when they bought (just not 12 months later - that was an anomaly) So there is a greater balance of opportunity for both sellers & buyers. Buyers can once again negotiate for their dream home and sellers can still make large profits with all the people wanting to move to our lovely city
