Well it's Spring here in Nashville and we’re still reading the Tea Leaves and the data here. The Fed met last week and chose to hold rates steady for now. However, indications were that we will still see some reductions before the end of the year. A lot of factors affect mortgage rates, but this is a good indicator that we should see some easing as the year progresses. This is good news as we are just entering the "Spring Market" and all signs are pointing to a robust Spring Market.
